Why me? Why enlist my help in getting a Chinese name?

The Chinese name I use was given to me by MYSELF. If I were to seek anyone’s help in getting a Chinese name, the only person I would trust—truly—is: MYSELF. That is because:

I have the expertise to help out. I am definitely well-educated with regards to this topic to the level that I would totally trust myself to give myself and others Chinese names.

My own cautionary tale…

I consulted 3 professionals (one from Taiwan who charged my mother around 267 USD, one from Shanghai, China, who charged me around 150 USD, and one from Singapore, who charged me around 75 USD), but each time, I have been given names which clearly flout the rules of Chinese name-giving, such as counting the number of strokes using simplified rather than traditional Chinese words, or Kangxi characters; these change the meaning of the names significantly. I wouldn’t have discovered their mistakes had I not studied this. One has to be careful and check all the rules of Chinese name-giving thoroughly. I have that ability and quality.
